The MK Foundation has provided Ukrainian border guards with 50 vehicles

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has received a complete fleet of vehicles from the MK Foundation and its cyber community partners to support strategic operations.

This announcement came directly from the border guards, and it was also reported by BNNbreaking.

According to recent reports, the soldiers of the 6th Border Guard Detachment have been provided with 50 vehicles. These minibusses will be utilized by the border guards directly in their operational duties within the combat zone.

In a ceremony held in the Volyn region, a formal handover event was conducted. The military expressed their appreciation for the excellent quality of the minibusses, acknowledging that they will significantly enhance their operational effectiveness. Alexander Osoka, the Director of the MK Foundation, emphasized in his address the primary objective of the initiative: to expedite Ukraine's triumph by ensuring the military is adequately equipped with all necessary resources.

Colonel Roman Kosmina, Deputy Head of the Sixth Border Guard Volyn Detachment for Arms and Equipment, expressed gratitude to the volunteers for supplying the border guards with Volkswagen T5s. These vans are deemed the most appropriate for operations in the combat zone due to their oversized and maneuverable nature. Moreover, they are equipped with essential camouflage, making it challenging for the enemy to detect such vehicles.

The border guards also highlighted the versatility of Volkswagen T5s, emphasizing their capability to undertake a range of tasks. These vehicles are frequently utilized for transporting cargo as well as evacuating the wounded.

The MK Foundation consistently provides vehicles to the military, maintaining direct communication with the border guards. They received precisely the vehicles they requested, tailored to their requirements. The foundation frequently collaborates with the NAVI esports team and the developers of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series to deliver aid to the military. In this instance, the Maincast studio, backed by businessman Maxim Krippa, also joined the project.

So far, the foundation has successfully transferred over 160 vehicles to various military units. Aid has been provided to the First, Third, Fourth, and Eleventh Brigades. The charitable organization remains committed to its mission and is actively preparing for additional deliveries of mini busses to support the military.

The State Border Guard Service is optimistic that this support will enhance the effectiveness of its units, especially in regions where they are actively engaged in combat against aggressors. The provision of minibuses is expected to enable them to execute combat missions swiftly and, importantly, facilitate rapid movement, potentially saving the lives of military personnel in critical situations.
