Coach Baldwin played fastpitch, basketball, and track at Kirk Academy. She was an MAIS All-Star and All-District preformer in both fastpitch and basketball along with winning state multiple times in track.
She's a former assistant fastpitch and basketball coach at Kirk Academy and is currently the director of a non-profit christian organization called Revolution Athletics where she's the head coach of the I2U travel team and the I4U travel/showcase team, as well as a full-time registered nurse.
Allye and her husband Andrew have been married for 7 years and have one daughter, Natalie (11). They attend Pinelake church, Reservoir campus.
