Recently, Cadet Command Sergeant Major Savanah Carlino, a senior at Pelahatchie High School, led attendants in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance during the Rankin County School District board meeting. Savanah plans to attend Hinds Community College before continuing her studies at the University of Southern Mississippi to pursue a degree in accounting. RCSD appreciates her courage and leadership, and is proud to recognize her bright future.
