Stephanie’s role is defined by her focus on creating exceptional guest experiences every single day; She leads and develops her team to be part of — and help create — those moments, and she rings heart to operations, ensuring people always come first.
Her favorite part of the job is being part of moments that matter, from families making memories to team members growing into leaders. When she’s not at the park, Stephanie also loves to write. She has even been published!
