Students, local churches support ERCO with spring break project

Students, local churches support ERCO with spring break project

Special to Pelahatchie News

On the first day of spring break, Ever Reaching Community Outreach (ERCO) was fortunate to receive incredible support from enthusiastic students from two partner churches. In the morning, students from Meadow Grove Baptist Church volunteered their energy and time, followed by an eager 6th grade group from Brandon First Methodist Church in the afternoon. They tackled a variety of tasks including sorting and organizing donations, arranging pantry items, and cleaning the pantry, kitchen and storage area. Their kindness, respectfulness, and willingness to serve truly impressed everyone involved.

Collaborations like these highlight the power of community and shared purpose. ERCO would like to thank Meadow Grove Baptist Church and Brandon First Methodist Church. ERCO love y’all!

“May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.” John 17:23 NLT.
